• Lead day-to-day recruitment for Theater and Music majors; travel required.
• Develop outreach plans to engage students within assigned majors; evening/weekend travel.
• Develop and execute strategies to convert admitted students to enrolled students.
• Coordinate admission cycles; maintain CRM records and processes.
• Plan and execute Open Houses, Admitted Student Days, visits, and auditions.
