MANTECH in Hawaii seeks a Medical Operations and Plans Officer to lead theater-level medical planning, oversee health service support, and ensure casualty response readiness.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of related experience and active secret clearance, plus advanced certifications; Master’s preferred.

You will mentor staff, coordinate medical logistics across the USPACOM AOR, and align medical assets with mission objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline and 12+ years of position-relevant experience (additional experience may be substituted for education).
  • Advanced professional certifications (e.g., PMP or equivalent) preferred.
  • Active security clearance required (Secret or higher).

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the principal authority for theater-level medical planning and provide strategic oversight for health service support operations.
  • Approve medical evacuation architectures and implement complex casualty response strategies.
  • Validate mission-critical Medical Plans and integrate medical assets into larger operations.
  • Synchronize medical logistics and personnel recovery efforts across the USPACOM AOR.
  • Approve medical annexes for Project Plans and coordinate with Mission Partners to synchronize theaterwide health services.
  • Lead strategic analysis of medical readiness data to refine program-wide operational health posture.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.
