The Joyce Theater Foundation, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support the Marketing Manager in New York City.

The role encompasses program book coordination, social media execution, and community engagement, with a focus on content creation, scheduling, and analytics. You will work Monday–Friday, 10am–6pm with flexibility for performances, professional development sessions, and offsite conferences, contributing to cross‑departmental promotions while maintaining brand consistency across

Responsibilities

• Oversee Joyce Program Book deadlines, content, print prep, and coordination with printers
• Manage Joyce program book advertisement program, including sales specs, projections, invoicing, and approvals
• Execute Marketing Manager's social media strategy: post, engage audiences, analyze performance, and report results
• Create onsite content during Photo Calls and organize photo/video shoots with partner companies
• Support local community partnerships and cross-promotion initiatives with industry partners
• Update upper lobby rack cards and maintain promotional materials on a weekly basis
