THEATER AEROSPACE OPERATIONS COMMAND AND CONTROL OFFICER (TITLE 32)

This National Guard position is for a THEATER AEROSPACE OPERATIONS COMMAND AND CONTROL OFFICER (TITLE 32), Position Description Number D1504PFL and is part of the FL HQ 101 AOG, National Guard.

Key Responsibilities

As a Theater Aerospace Operations Command and Control Officer, GS-2101-12, you will administer refresher and advanced training to ANG military AOC weapons systems positional specialists. Instructs rated pilots, navigators, air battle managers, space operations specialists, and other AOC assigned personnel in advanced aerospace operations applications using current AOC systems of record. Instructs and evaluates all AOC specialists to become instructors.

Instructs such personnel to function within established joint doctrinal principles to plan and prosecute theater-level joint operations. Monitors progress during training and advises when AOC personnel are ready for positional certification.
