Job summary

The Global Ambassador in Phoenix is seeking an experienced restaurant leader to launch and elevate a flagship dining concept. You will shape the food and beverage program, lead a high-performing team, and safeguard exceptional guest experiences in a luxury setting.

With a focus on operational excellence, mentorship, and strategic growth, you’ll drive service standards, financial performance, and event execution across daily operations and special functions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of restaurant management experience in a luxury dining environment, preferably in a hotel setting.
• Superb leadership abilities, business acumen, attention to detail, and a passion for providing exceptional hospitality.
• Outstanding opportunity to help launch an exciting new restaurant concept at a premier luxury property.
• Open, curious mind with a desire to deliver a tailored guest experience with a hospitality every time mindset
• Ability to lead and mentor restaurant teams to drive success.
• Assist in developing and executing the restaurant concept, including food & beverage program and service standards.
• Collaborate on menus, wine lists, and offerings that align with upscale positioning.
• Manage daily operations, guest experiences, inventory controls, and financial performance.
• Oversee reservations, seating, events, and banquets with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assistin developing and executing the overall concept,visionand direction for the restaurant, including the food and beverage program, service style and standards, entertainment options,ambianceand décor.

• Collaborate on creating menus, wine lists, and other offerings that align with the restaurant’s upscale positioning.

• Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellent guest experiences, operational efficiency, quality and consistency of food and service, inventorycontrols,and financial performance.

• Oversee guest reservations, seatingarrangements,and private events/banquet functions.

• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

• Foster positive relations with restaurant members, hotel guests,vendors,and staff.

Pay Range

$90,000—$100,000 USD
