Concord Hospitality - The Waymark Hotel seeks a Banquet Server to deliver exceptional guest service during receptions, meetings, trainings, reunions, and other events. You will arrange settings, carry serviceware, and assist peers to ensure smooth event flow.

The role requires strong communication, a team mindset, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training is provided to uphold Concord standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior serving or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Must have flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional guest service to all customers.
• Arrange place settings, tables, chairs, linens according to BEOs.
• Carry trays of food from staging areas, pour water and wine, while serving multiple course meals and buffet lines.
• Communicate with guests regarding menu questions and any dietary needs.
• Set up, execute, and maintain clean tables between courses.
• Assist fellow servers during peak periods to fulfill guest requests.
• Learn and practice buffet, plated, and reception-style meal services to Hilton and Concord standards.
• Perform side work to prepare for upcoming events.

As a Banquet Server you will play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests during receptions, meetings,trainings, reunions, and otherspecial events. Your passion for service, teamwork, and attention to detail will ensure that every event runs smoothly and leavesa lasting impression.

• Must be able to carry trays of food from staging areas, pour water and wine, while serving multiple course meals and buffet lines.
• Communicate effectively withguestregardingmenu questions and any special dietary needs.
• Set up, execute, andmaintainclean tables between the different courses.
• Assistfellow servers during peak periods to fulfill guest requests.
• Learn and practice buffet, plated, and reception-style meal services (training provided) to Hilton and Concord standards.
