As a Prep & Line Cook, you will help operate a clean, sanitary, and organized kitchen, preparing quality meals according to company standards.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipes and prepare food using various kitchen equipment.
• Read and follow the daily prep sheet.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the prep area and equipment.
• Assist in controlling food costs and inventory.
• Adhere to safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
• Ensure proper food rotation using FIFO principles.
• Support teamwork and maintain high standards of quality and presentation.
• Perform additional tasks as delegated by management.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of food preparation, sanitation, and safety procedures.
