Job Description

Hourly Rate: $29.42

Schedule: 12-hour rotating shifts

The Palletizer / Machine Operator will:

• Start and shut down equipment systems, including emergency systems, following standard procedures, and restart equipment from emergency shutdowns
• Operate bulk palletizer and wrapping machines, making timely adjustments for packaging and palletizing
• Perform minor repairs and adjustments to equipment and field instrumentation to maintain production and equipment reliability
• Monitor consumables inventory to ensure uninterrupted production

The Palletizer / Machine Operator should have:

• The ability to lift 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division in all units of measure
• Ability to interpret bar graphs and compute rate, ratio, and percent
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
