• Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations and interpret bar graphs.

Hourly Rate: $29.42

Schedule: 12-hour rotating shifts

The Palletizer / Machine Operator will:

• Start and shut down equipment systems, shut down emergency equipment and systems as required to standard, and re-start equipment and systems from emergency shut down state.
• Operate bulk palletizer and wrap machine, and make timely job change adjustments to packaging and palletizing equipment.
• Make minor repairs and adjustments to other equipment and field instrumentation as needed to maintain production and equipment reliability and accuracy.
• Monitor consumables inventory to maintain proper quantities for uninterrupted production.

The Palletizer / Machine Operator should have:

• Ability to lift 25 pounds regularly, and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent, and to interpret bar graphs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
