ClearPoint Facility Services is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to lead the housekeeping team at a busy retail center. You will supervise daily operations, coordinate schedules, manage supplies, and ensure cleanliness, safety, and a positive guest experience for customers and clients.

The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish), has 1–2 years of facility management experience, can work under pressure, and demonstrates strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, plus

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Pass pre-employment background screening and drug test.
• 1–2 years' experience in facility management.
• Knowledge of OSHA and safety standards in housekeeping.
• Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task.
• Knowledge of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead housekeeping team daily per contract.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members.
• Submit timesheets and vacations to payroll.
• Maintain weekly and monthly budgets.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and professionalism.
• Create weekly work schedules.
• Maintain supplies and inventory.
• Ensure proper equipment usage and maintenance.

ClearPoint Facility Services is hiring for a housekeeping manager to support a retail center. The Manager is responsible for leading the housekeeping team in keeping the retail center clean, well maintained, and safe; and providing a positive experience for our customers and guests.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage daily activities according to the contract.
• Recruit, Hire, Train and develop and lead housekeeping team members.
• Submit final timesheets and vacations to payroll.
• Maintain weekly/monthly budget.
• Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism.
• Create weekly work schedules.
• Maintain supplies and inventory.
• Ensure proper usage and maintenance of all equipment.
• Adhere to federal, state, and local standards and guidelines.
• Maintain a collaborative relationship with all business partners, customers, and clients.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish

• Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds, bend, reach, push, pull, stand, and walk for prolonged periods.
