Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (for example, GED) preferred; candidates with less than a High School Diploma will also be considered.
• Knowledge of customer and personal service principles and processes, including customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.

• Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas.
• Clean food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils.
• Operate large-volume cooking equipment, such as grills, deep-fat fryers, or griddles.
