• Take orders and receive payment from customers.
• Read orders and prepare/cook food as instructed.
• Wash, cut, and prepare foods designated for cooking.
• Measure ingredients for items being prepared.
• Cook and package batches of food; keep warm until sold.
• Cook exact number of items ordered; manage multiple orders.
• Serve orders at windows, counters, or tables.
• Clean, stock, and restock workstations and display cases.
• Prepare specialty foods (pizzas, sandwiches, wraps) with short prep times.
• Prepare dough following recipe.
• Schedule activities and equipment use with managers using daily menus.
