Position Purpose:

Perform daily food preparation and service, including Continental items, Pastries, and Coffee. Responsibilities also include merchandise sales and maintaining cleanliness of The Coffee Shop area.

Essential Functions:

• Service and prepare all food and beverages; restock merchandise; handle checks and use Micros system.
• Maintain the appearance of The Coffee Shop through cleaning and organization.

Supportive Functions:

This position may require performing additional tasks as determined by the supervisor, including:

• General cleaning duties.
• Complying with all liquor laws regarding alcohol service to minors and intoxicated guests.
• Communicating effectively with guests, management, and staff.

Other:

Regular attendance is essential. Employees may be required to work varying schedules based on hotel needs. All employees must adhere to Hilton's rules and regulations for safety and operations. Violations may result in disciplinary action, including termination.
