As a Staff Urologist, you will work directly with the Chief of Urology Service to deliver effective urological care throughout the medical center. Responsibilities include pre-operative exams, adult urological surgery in the clinic and OR, and providing urology-related care in various settings, including on-call duties. You may also participate in program planning, resident teaching, and policy development to ensure quality care.

Highlights of this position include:

• Resident teaching, research opportunities, and DaVinci Robot
• Potential starting salary: $350,000 - $400,000
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 am – 4:30 pm
• Night and weekend call distributed equitably among staff
• One night per week, one weekend per month, and some holidays
• Full and unrestricted medical or surgical license from any U.S. State

Additional requirements:

• Board certification or eligibility; ability to perform robotic urologic procedures
• Academic affiliation with Duke University
• Encouraged to pursue clinical research and academic opportunities
