Job summary

Osha Thai Kitchen and Sushi in Holly Springs is seeking friendly servers to provide an enjoyable dining experience in a busy environment. You will take orders, serve food and drinks, and ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining high sanitation standards.

Prior restaurant experience is required, Thai restaurant experience preferred. Dependable, punctual, and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential. Strong customer service and math skills are important for handling payments.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor and observe guest dining experience to anticipate their needs and ensure their satisfaction
• Remove guest dinnerware, replenish utensils, refill water glasses, and respond to other customer needs
• Extensive working knowledge of the menu and ingredients to assist guests in food and beverage selections as well as address concerns related to food preparation or dietary needs
• Food allergies, food sensitivities or other special customer requests must be clearly communicated with kitchen
• Working knowledge of table and seat numbers as well as position points to ensure accurate dish presentation
• Enter orders accurately into POS
• Maintain high food safety and sanitation standards
• Ensure dining areas are clean prior to the start of service and maintain cleanliness throughout service
• Process customer payment accurately
• Maintain a neat appearance and clean service areas
