Qualifications

• Understanding of safety and health procedures and ability to handle payments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare drinks according to standard recipes accurately and quickly.
• Verify customer identification and ensure legal drinking age compliance.
• Monitor guests and anticipate needs to ensure satisfaction.
• Know menu ingredients to assist with selections and dietary needs.
• Maintain bar stock and cleanliness across bar area and equipment.
• Process customer payments at the bar.
