Job summary

YO AI Labs seeks Thai bilingual experts to evaluate Thai audio content for AI training projects. You will assess nativeness, fluency, and linguistic quality, providing feedback in English according to established guidelines.

No AI experience required, just strong Thai language skills and attention to detail. Work is remote as a contractor with responsibilities including detailed written feedback, adherence to project rubrics, and timely completion of review tasks to help improve AI models’

Qualifications

• Native-level proficiency in Thai (spoken and written).
• B2+ proficiency in English, especially for written and verbal communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot subtle linguistic differences.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to clearly explain linguistic observations and evaluation decisions.
• Ability to follow detailed guidelines and apply evaluation criteria consistently.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Listen to Thai audio clips and evaluate nativeness, fluency, and overall linguistic quality.
• Assess pronunciation, intonation, accent, rhythm, and linguistic authenticity.
• Identify unnatural phrasing and pronunciation issues.
• Document evaluations with clear, concise feedback in English.
• Provide detailed explanations and justifications for evaluation decisions.
• Follow established guidelines, rubrics, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with project coordinators to clarify requirements.
• Provide linguistic insights to improve AI models' Thai-language understanding and generation.
• Complete assigned audio review tasks accurately and on time.
• Maintain high standards of quality and attention to detail.
