Qualifications

• Native-level proficiency in Thai, with strong command of spoken and written Thai.
• B2 or higher English proficiency, particularly for written and verbal communication.
• Strong ability to identify differences in pronunciation, fluency, intonation, and linguistic authenticity.
• Excellent attention to detail when evaluating spoken language.
• Ability to provide clear, structured, and evidence-based written feedback in English.

Responsibilities

• Listen to Thai audio and evaluate nativeness and fluency of speaker or AI output.
• Assess pronunciation, intonation, rhythm, and linguistic authenticity per guidelines.
• Identify linguistic traits distinguishing natural Thai from non-native speech.
• Document evaluations with clear written feedback in English.
• Provide detailed justifications for evaluation decisions for consistency.
• Collaborate with project coordinators to clarify requirements or resolve ambiguities.
• Provide linguistic insights to support improvements in AI language understanding.
• Complete assigned audio review tasks accurately within timelines.
• Maintain consistent quality and follow project guidelines.
