Job summary

SaidGig is seeking a Thai-language audio evaluator to support AI system improvements by judging fluency, nativeness, pronunciation, and linguistic authenticity. This remote contract role requires clear English feedback and evidence-based justifications.

You will work with project coordinators to clarify requirements and deliver high-quality, timely audio-review results, contributing to better Thai language understanding and generation.

Qualifications

• Native-level Thai proficiency.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to explain linguistic distinctions clearly.
• Experience in voice specialization, linguistics, phonetics, music or audio engineering preferred.
• Experience with audio analysis, transcription or linguistic assessment valued.
• Familiarity with media, communications or teaching is an asset.

Role Overview

Help improve next-generation AI systems by evaluating Thai-language audio for fluency, nativeness, pronunciation, intonation, and linguistic authenticity. Your detailed feedback will support stronger Thai language understanding and generation. Prior AI experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Listen to Thai audio clips and assess the speaker or model output for nativeness and fluency.
• Evaluate pronunciation, intonation, and linguistic authenticity using established guidelines.
• Document clear, concise assessments in English, including the linguistic factors behind each rating.
• Provide detailed justifications that promote consistent, understandable evaluation results.
• Work with project coordinators to clarify requirements and resolve ambiguities in language content.
• Share insights that help improve AI performance in Thai language tasks.
• Complete assigned audio-review work accurately, on time, and to a high quality standard.

Qualifications

• Native-level Thai proficiency, including strong spoken and written skills.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher, with effective written and verbal communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to explain subtle linguistic distinctions clearly.
• Experience in voice specialization, linguistics, phonetics, music or audio engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience with audio analysis, transcription, or linguistic assessment is highly valued.
• Familiarity with media, communications, or teaching is an asset.

Work Terms

Remote contract engagement.

Compensation

$30 to $65 per hour.
