Description

Responsible for the overall management of all casino table games on assigned shift. Ensure that all company policies and procedures and all gaming regulations are strictly adhered to at all times. Responsible for personnel related matters including scheduling, training, coaching, etc.

Essential Job Functions

• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations;
• Review the internal security of all table games and maintain surveillance of all activities that could affect the efficiency, effectiveness, and integrity of the casino operations;
• Offer the highest possible level of Guest Service resulting in maximum player enjoyment and return play;
• Attain maximum product revenue by communicating to Senior Management regarding product mixture, positioning, pricing, and evaluation of new product;
• Constantly evaluate current business conditions, special events, and weather, with respect to staffing levels to maintain proper gaming levels at any given point;
• Handle all casino guests’ needs, complaints and disputes related to table games in a timely and professional manner;
• Distribute cards to gaming pits;
• Visually inspect all casino equipment;
• Author and distribute casino win/loss and other reports as requested by Senior Management;
• Protect guest rewards and credit lines;
• Distribute and administer performance appraisals, commendations, constructive letters and discipline to all reporting levels of table games department employees;
• Maintain confidentiality of all property and Silver Slipper trade secrets and proprietary information including business processes, guest lists, marketing plans and other confidential information;
• Issue comps for customers/guests in accordance with established property standards;
• Keep all lines of communication open between shifts and other departments;
• Maintain a work environment that promotes teamwork and cooperation among employees;
• Perform other reasonable duties as assigned.
