The Dispatch Supervisor provides leadership to assigned dispatch function area. Supervises assigned dispatch function area, including but not limited to: training, quality assurance/quality improvement, compliance, data interpretation and strategic planning. Works in coordination with other dispatch supervisors to provide high quality services.
