Job summary

Applied Digital seeks a collaborative TFO Preconstruction Manager to lead front-end planning, budgeting, and contracting for Tenant Fit-Out projects across the portfolio.

The role translates tenant requirements into budgets, schedules, and procurement strategies, coordinating with Customer Delivery, Design, Procurement, Construction, Finance, and campus leadership to ensure well-defined scope and executable plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in preconstruction, estimating, project management, cost management, or design-build delivery on large capital projects.
• Experience supporting data center, mission-critical, industrial, or tenant improvement projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead TFO front-end planning and scope definition.
• Develop initial budgets, Basis of Estimate, and procurement strategies.
• Coordinate with Design, Procurement, Construction, Finance, and campus leadership.
• Create handoff packages and contract exhibits, ensuring clear ownership.
• Establish milestones, schedules, and changes during early execution.
