Job summary

Applied Digital is seeking a TFO Project Manager for a campus-based role in Center, ND. You will lead complex tenant fit-out projects from kickoff through closeout, coordinating with campus director, tenants and our delivery teams.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of commercial construction PM experience, expertise in budget and schedule management, change control, procurement and QA/QC. Bachelor's in CM/Engineering/Architecture preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 7+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Experience with GMP contracts, change management, procurement, commissioning, and project closeout.

Responsibilities

• Serve as campus-based owner representative for assigned TFO projects.
• Lead project kickoffs, coordination meetings, cost and schedule reviews.
• Maintain alignment with tenant commitments and decision paths.
• Manage budget, forecasts, cash flow, and final cost; lead change control.
• Prepare concise weekly reports on scope, schedule, cost, safety, and quality.
