Children's Aid is seeking a Senior Case Planner for Family Stabilization services in New York. You will provide culturally competent, trauma-focused treatment to families, ensuring alignment with organizational values.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or equivalent in a NYS license-eligible Mental Health profession.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand and promote organizational Mission, Vision, and Core Values.
• Carry caseload of approximately 10 FS cases.
• Attend TF-CBT trainings and receive certification.
• Complete ACS ADVPO Progress Notes and implement TF-CBT protocols.
• Engage in community outreach for self-referrals.
• Respond to client crises and work flexible hours.
