Forestdale Inc. seeks a Family Treatment Rehabilitation Case Planner Supervisor to oversee four FTR Case Planners and one Case Aide in Jamaica, Queens. The role focuses on protecting children, promoting healthy family growth, and implementing the SBC model in practice.

The candidate should have a Master's in Social Work or related field, with supervisory experience and a commitment to trauma-informed care. Bilingual ability is preferred, supporting diverse communities served by Forestdale.

Qualifications

• Master's in Social Work, Mental Health, Psychology, or related field.
• License preferred.
• At least 2 years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a unit of four FTR Case Planners with a caseload of 8 and one Case Aide.
• Support SBC model certification and fidelity in practice.
• Participate in CDTs, Case Conferences and staff meetings.
• Conduct weekly supervision to review safety, permanency, wellbeing, and progress for each family.
• Ensure attendance at compulsory trainings and in-service sessions.
