Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Master of Social Work (MSW) program.
• Completion of relevant TF-CBT coursework and/or training required.
• Strong interest in trauma-informed care and working with youth and families.
• Commitment to ethical practice, cultural humility, and professional growth.
• Ability to maintain consistent, reliable attendance and adhere to scheduled hours.
• Alignment with Wedgwood's Statement of Faith, vision, and values.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing treatment plans using the TF-CBT model.
• Observe and participate in individual and family therapy sessions.
• Support delivery of trauma-informed, evidence-based interventions.
• Participate in clinical documentation and case preparation.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to support holistic care.
• Engage in regular supervision, feedback, and professional development.
• Help maintain a safe, respectful, and therapeutic environment grounded in the Sanctuary Model.
• May carry a small caseload in later semesters, if approved by your academic program.
