Job summary

Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced Screen Print Press Operator to join a fast-paced production team. You will set up and operate automatic and manual presses, ensuring quality, efficiency, and timely production on textile prints.

Responsibilities include preparing screens, mixing inks, adjusting dryer settings, inspecting prints, and troubleshooting issues. A minimum of 2 years' press experience and ability to work overtime are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience operating an automatic screen-printing press.
• Experience with textile or garment screen printing is preferred.
• Knowledge of screen preparation, ink mixing, dryer settings, and print-quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Ability to identify and troubleshoot production or printing issues.
• Ability to stand and work on your feet throughout the shift.
• Overtime and weekend work when production demands require.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate automatic and manual screen-printing presses.
• Complete high-volume production orders while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Prepare, burn, coat, and reclaim screens using appropriate mesh selections.
• Adjust dryer settings based on different ink, garment, and fabric requirements.
• Mix ink and prepare materials according to production specifications.
• Inspect completed prints and perform quality-control checks.
• Troubleshoot printing and press-related issues and make necessary adjustments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient production workspace.
• Work closely with other production team members to complete customer orders accurately and on time.
• Perform additional production-related duties as assigned.
