Job summary

Unifiedtherapy in Dubuque, IA is seeking an onsite Screen Printing Technician to join our production team. You will receive production orders, verify quantities, and prepare materials to run jobs on the auto press.

Responsibilities include setting up the press per guidelines, adjusting drying, maintaining print quality, and solving printing problems while ensuring cleanliness of the press area. This role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years screen printing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and verify production orders.
• Maintain safe, clean work area and equipment.

• Receives production order and job assignments and reads order to verify quantity to be run, overrun tolerance, color sequence, and substrate.
• Obtains substrate, screen, ink, squeegee, and related supplies needed to produce job.
• Sets up auto press according to established company guidelines, safety, and job requirements.
• Adjusts drying rack or sets dryer for proper drying or curing.
• Prints job maintaining optimum production speed and makes auto press adjustments to maintain print quality, registration, and color.
• Solves printing problems
• Ensures proper cleanliness of press, work station, and immediate auto press area
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned
