Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to count, add, and subtract accurately.
• Strong attention to detail for textiles sorting.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Familiar with tagging guns and basic pricing tools.

Responsibilities

• Process textiles (clothing, linens, bedding) and sort by quality.
• Identify high-value or unique items priced by management.
• Use pricing tools/computer to price items appropriately.
• Follow safety rules and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Tag items with tagging gun and assist customers as needed.
• Work with Kaizen processes and perform daily workstation cleanup.
• Stand, walk, and lift up to 40 pounds; occasional weekend/evening shifts.
