Goodwill of Northern Illinois is seeking a part-time Textile Processor at the Machesney Park store to sort textiles, assess condition, and ensure high-quality items reach the sales floor. You will identify value items and use a computer to price them, while maintaining productivity and safety standards in a retail environment. Weekend/evening shifts are required.

The role supports store operations and customer service, with opportunities for growth through flexible benefits and store discounts.

Qualificações

• Ability to count, add, and subtract.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Ability to follow all safety rules.
• Must be able to operate a tagging gun.

Responsabilidades

• Sorts textiles (soft goods, clothing, bedding) and ensures high-quality items on the sales floor.
• Identifies items priced by management and uses the computer to price items.
• Maintains productivity by meeting minimum production numbers and tracking pieces processed.
• Follows Kaizen standards and keeps workstation clean and stocked.
• Promotes courteous and respectful interactions within the organization and with customers.
