Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Northwest North Carolina is seeking a Store Associate to help sort clothing, preserve quality, and maintain a clean, safe workspace. You will work independently, meet production goals, and support store operations.

Responsibilities include sorting clothing, hanging and tagging, cross-training in the cash register, receiving, pricing and stocking donations, and lifting up to 50 pounds as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Production or similar experience preferred.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Sort clothing with attention to quality and defect awareness.
• Hang and tag clothing, focusing on speed and accuracy.
• Maintain a safe, neat work environment and take pride in area efficiency.
• Cross-train in Cash Register; Receiving, pricing and stocking donations; lift up to 50 pounds and frequently 10–35 pounds.
