Valdese Weavers, a long-standing textile mill in Valdese, NC, is hiring for a Fabric Inspector. The role ensures defect-free fabric prior to shipment, following ISO 9001 procedures and safety guidelines. You will operate inspection tools, verify roll alignment, and document yardage with accuracy.

Candidate must be able to stand for extended periods, communicate well with teammates, and perform duties in a safe, efficient manner. We offer competitive pay and a supportive, ESOP-driven environment.

Formación

• Good communication with the ability to work well with others.
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect fabric to ensure it is defect-free before shipment.
• Center buggy on inspection frame and reset yardage clock as needed.
• Center cloth on rolls and check alignment across rolls.
