HR Services Brand is seeking a Quality Inspector for knitted fabric in Stokesdale, NC. You will inspect cloth, flag seams/splices, cut defects, and prepare first quality rolls of fabric.

You will operate inspection tools, apply tickets and labels, tape, and roll fabric to standard specs. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety compliance, and adherence to company values; lifting up to 100 pounds may be required.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of inspection and quality control processes.
• Ability to use inspection tools and follow standards to identify defects.

Responsibilities

• Inspects cloth according to standards, flags seams/splices, and cuts defects to produce first quality rolls.
• Tapes fabric to tubes and winds straight rolls without telescoping.
• Doffs full tubes and labels with the appropriate ticket.
• Runs additional tickets as needed for production flow.
• Obtains swatches for lab from every lot, when required.
• Follows safety procedures and reports unsafe conditions to supervision.
