Job summary

Valdese Weavers is seeking a Final Inspector to ensure fabric defects are caught before shipment. You will inspect, center rolls, tag rolls, and verify yardage and finish codes according to ISO 9001 work instructions. The role requires standing for long periods and overtime as needed.

Candidates should have good communication, basic reading/writing and math skills, and the ability to work well with others in a manufacturing environment in Lovelady, NC.

• Center buggy on inspection frame and align cloth.
• Check yardage, finish codes, and edge alignment.
• Apply appropriate tags and stickers; route to regrade if needed.
• Maintain 5S and wear safety gear; stand for long periods.
