• Proficiency in reading and writing English to follow instructions.
• Good communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Watch fabric as it exits the finishing range to ensure it comes out straight and properly dried.
• Advise coater operator if tests or finishes fail (e.g., streaking).
• Measure coating to verify width and quality.
• Stamp process and date on tickets; ensure tickets match fabric.
• Coordinate fabric for rolls and rush orders as needed.
• Keep range clean per supervisor directions; assist coater operator.
• Operate equipment safely and report malfunctions.
