Job summary

Standard Textile is seeking a Product Manager in Kentucky to drive hospitality-focused product strategy from development through go-to-market. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Sourcing, R&D, and Quality to translate segment priorities into actionable product plans and lead projects end-to-end.

The role requires 3–5 years in product management or related textile roles, with a strong grasp of technical specifications and PLM systems. A collaborative, data-driven mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Textiles, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years in product management, development, or technical textile roles.
• Tech Pack or specification experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute segment product roadmap priorities and lifecycle changes with cross-functional teams.
• Lead custom and stock product development requests from intake to commercialization.
• Coordinate sampling, testing, specifications, and costing approvals.
• Serve as a technical design resource with R&D, Design, Quality, and suppliers.
• Develop deep product knowledge and act as resource for Sales, Marketing, and CS.
• Support portfolio management, SKU rationalization, and data-driven decisions.
• Track timelines, manage deliverables, and ensure projects stay on schedule.
