Job summary

Qualifications

• Communication skills- Able to listen and converse with all coworkers.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders and perform basic math.
• Able to be on your feet for entire shift with occasional twisting, bending or lifting a weight of up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Sets up and runs high volume manufacturing equipment.
• Make major adjustments/changes to machine during production runs to maintain quality.
• Diagnoses and repairs minor machine issues.
• Inspects and completes quality documentation for first piece sign off.
• Leads and directs small production teams.
• Takes general direction from supervisor or department manager.
• Can make decisions on own.
