Job summary

Marketlab, a healthcare solutions leader, is seeking a Textile Machine Operator (Manufacturing Associate II) for the second shift in Caledonia, MI. You will operate knitting machines, manage yarn changes, monitor quality, and follow safety and production procedures on a 4x10 schedule (Mon-Thu, 3:30 pm–1:30 am).

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, manufacturing or textile experience preferred, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or textile training preferred.
• Manufacturing or machine-operation experience preferred; textile experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up knitting machines and textile equipment per work instructions.
• Load and change yarn and beams; perform routine setup and changeovers.
• Monitor machine operation, yarn tension, breaks, and beam runout for quality.
• Make routine adjustments and elevate issues to maintenance or engineering.
• Inspect in-process product for defined quality and report nonconforming material.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and accurately document production data.
