Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Soft Goods, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in textile development, testing, and manufacturing, preferably in a technical environment.
• Experience working with vendors and suppliers, including meetings and communications to align timelines and deliverables.
• Strong knowledge of textile properties, testing methods, material selection, and textile standards (ISO, ASTM).
• Ability to design and execute testing protocols and analyze results.

Responsibilities

• Textile Development & Engineering: Collaborate with design, engineering, and manufacturing to develop custom textile solutions meeting product requirements.
• Serve as primary contact translating requests into actionable programs for engineering and product development teams.
• Design, execute, and analyze testing protocols ensuring compliance with industry standards and company requirements.
• Manage material testing in-house and with third-party partners, keeping detailed records.
