Responsibilities

• Creative Design & Execution: Interpret design inspiration to create original artwork for rugs and curtains; digitize artwork to meet product requirements; understand rug/curtain construction; apply color theory; use design tools effectively.
• Product Development & Collaboration: Maintain product integrity from design to approval; collaborate with PD team to ensure design briefs match vendor capabilities; assist in design documents and design process.
• Process & Organization: Maintain organized design library; deliver information on time; contribute to process improvements.
