URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. is searching for a Senior Print Designer to lead the creation of original artworks and support the surface design process. The role involves closely collaborating with teams to develop prints for retail, using traditional and digital methods to create artworks that reflect current trends.

Ideal candidates will have 10+ years of experience, a relevant degree, and a strong passion for textile design. URBN offers comprehensive perks and the role requires on-site presence in Philadelphia, PA, 4-5 days a week.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related industry experience strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of current trends and the Free People Customer and Brand DNA.
• Proven experience in print and textile design with strong skills in hand drawing/painting and digital rendering.
• Ability to work on-site at URBN's headquarters in Philadelphia, PA - 4-5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the creation and development of original print and pattern artworks.
• Collaborate closely with the Design Director to execute seasonal textile vision.
• Use artistic techniques and software to create on-brand artwork.
• Develop seasonal print and surface design mood boards reflecting trends.
