URBN's Anthropologie division is seeking an Assistant Designer to contribute to innovative textile designs for rugs and curtains, supporting the design team through the product development process. Responsibilities
- Interpret inspiration to create original artwork for rugs and curtains.
- Digitize and adjust artwork to meet product requirements.
- Support design documents and assortment sheets.
- Collaborate with PD team to align with vendor capabilities.
- Maintain organized design libraries and ensure deadlines.
- Assist in sample and strike-off reviews.
- Consider price points and business needs in design.
