Job summary

PlayCore Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Creeler Operator in Chatsworth, GA. This full-time, on-site role supports tufting operations by managing yarn on creels, threading, and maintaining material supply to machines.

The position runs the day shift, 7:00am to 7:00pm, with a competitive hourly rate of $15. You will work closely with tufting machine operators to ensure smooth production of first quality turf products.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds during a fast-paced shift.
• Experience with tufting processes or textile manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to identify and address issues quickly in production.
• Strong teamwork and clear communication in a crew environment.

Responsibilities

• Add, remove, or reposition yarn on creels to ensure continuous supply.
• Tie in yarn packages and verify knots are secure.
• Remove empty tubes and prep old lots for inventory return.
• Assist tufting machine operators with backing changes as needed.
• Check yarn labels for correct lot numbers and maintain a tidy work area.
