Job summary

Stryker Corporation in Buena Park is seeking a Textile Coordinator to support the Raw Materials Development team by managing textile processes, documentation, sample tracking, and material data.

You will log and process textile samples, maintain records in databases, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient material management, while upholding quality standards.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of administrative, textile, materials, manufacturing, product development, or customer service experience.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database/PLM systems.
  • Experience with Tech Packs (Specification Packs) preferred.
  • Experience supporting New Product Development (NPD/NPI), Sustainability, or Innovation initiatives preferred.
  • Master's Degree in Textile Sciences preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, log, and process textile samples for laboratory evaluation.
  • Track and manage customer-provided materials (COM) and maintain accurate records.
  • Prepare and maintain textile documentation and create fabric part numbers in internal systems.
  • Update textile testing results and support verification processes.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining textile work instructions and documentation.
  • Coordinate the shipment of textile samples and swatches with internal teams.
  • Manage textile sample libraries, reference archives, and new textile collections.
  • Maintain organized textile inventory and ensure accurate recordkeeping.
  • Support engineering and product development teams with textile-related information.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and process requirements.

Job Summary
