Job summary

Resurgent Industries is seeking a hands-on Textile Technician to join our Leander/Austin production team. You will operate and monitor blow-room, carding, spinning, and circular knitting equipment to sustain high-speed production, quality fiber, and consistent fabric output.

Qualifications

Hands-on textile technician with experience on blow-room, carding, spinning, or knitting lines.
Experience operating multiple machines in a shift-based production environment.
Familiar with blow-room, fiber-cleaning, carding, and spinning processes.
Proficient in using Informator, DCU, and touchscreen interfaces.

Responsibilities

Monitor blow-room and fiber-cleaning lines to maximize trash removal and fiber quality.
Operate and tend carding machines; adjust speeds and waste extraction for quality.
Oversee spinning machines for high-speed production, ensuring yarn quality and twist.
Respond quickly to yarn breaks or quality deviations and perform piecing.
Operate circular knitting machines; ensure correct yarn feeds and fabric quality.
Conduct preventive maintenance and routine cleaning of equipment.
