Garver is seeking a Texas Squad Leader for its Water Infrastructure - Modeling, Analytics and Planning (WI‑MAP) Team. The Squad Leader supervises a team of engineers and project managers engaged in the delivery of water, wastewater, stormwater and reuse modeling and planning projects across Texas. Provides daily oversight, technical guidance, and leadership to staff executing projects involving hydraulic modeling, master planning, data analysis and infrastructure evaluations. Supports staff development and project excellence by coordinating resources, reviewing technical work, and ensuring alignment with project goals, quality standards, and client priorities. Reports directly to the WI‑MAP Practice Area Leader, and functions as part of the WI‑MAP Leadership Team.
This Texas Squad Leader can be located in the Fort Worth, Dallas, Austin, San Antonio, or Houston metro areas.
