Job summary

GBA in Austin seeks a Principal to lead the Texas Wastewater Leader practice, guiding strategic growth and technical excellence across the state. You will drive market expansion, build strong municipal and regulatory relationships, and lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality wastewater projects.

The role requires a PE license, 15+ years in wastewater/utility infrastructure, and a proven track record in business development and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• PE license in Texas preferred.
• 15+ years of wastewater/utility infrastructure experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing leaders and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to grow GBA's wastewater treatment practice across Texas.
• Strengthen client relationships with municipalities, utility districts, regulatory agencies, and industry partners.
• Provide strategic and technical leadership for wastewater projects and infrastructure delivery.
• Mentor senior leaders and project teams to foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
