JustClaims is seeking a senior market builder in Texas to lead commercial and complex property-damage claims and appraisals, leveraging your credibility and network to establish a durable local presence.

You will grow partnerships with contractors, owners, attorneys, brokers, and restoreers, while expanding JustClaims across Texas and nearby states. A strong Texas network and licensing are essential.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Public Adjuster license is required.
• 5+ years of meaningful property-claims experience, including commercial or large-loss work.
• Strong network in Texas with track record of developing business and referrals.
• Solid understanding of policy language, estimation, documentation, and negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow JustClaims' presence across Texas through referrals, partners, and clients.
• Lead commercial and complex property-damage claims and appraisals from strategy to resolution.
• Develop business via your network and JustClaims marketing and partnerships.
• Build relationships with contractors and restorers to expand usage of JustClaims.
• Review policies, scope losses, coordinate experts, document files, and negotiate with carriers.
• Represent JustClaims at inspections, partner meetings, and industry events.
• Provide market feedback to product, research, marketing, and engineering teams.
