You will communicate with sophisticated clients, work independently, and collaborate with teammates to deliver high-quality legal service and support the firm’s path to partnership.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in transactional real estate law, ideally with a large law firm.
• Experience with leasing and purchase and sale agreements.
• Top tier credentials and active license with State Bar of Texas.

Responsibilities

• Draft purchase and sale agreements; conduct title and survey review; draft leases; provide legal counsel
• Communicate with sophisticated clients
• Work independently while also collaborating with other team members
