- Experience with leasing and purchase and sale agreements.
- Active license with State Bar of Texas is required.

- Draft purchase and sale agreements; conduct title and survey review; draft leases; provide legal counsel
- Communicate with sophisticated clients
- Work independently while also collaborating with other team members
